Rev Partnership announced today that Dr. Karen Molinar has joined the organization as Chief Executive Officer.

A respected educational leader with decades of experience serving students, educators, and communities across Texas, Dr. Molinar brings a deep understanding of public education, systems leadership, and cross-sector collaboration to the role. As CEO, she will lead Rev Partnership’s mission to strengthen educational outcomes and expand opportunities for students and educators.

Dr. Molinar most recently served as Superintendent of Fort Worth ISD, where she helped oversee districtwide academic initiatives, operations, and strategic planning efforts impacting tens of thousands of students. Throughout her career, she has been recognized for her commitment to student success, educator support, and collaborative leadership.

“Dr. Molinar is a trusted and visionary leader who understands both the opportunities and challenges facing students and school systems today,” said Elizabeth R. Brands, President and CEO of The Morris Foundation and founder and board chair of Rev Partnership. “Her experience, credibility, determination, and commitment for improving outcomes for children make her exceptionally well suited to lead Rev Partnership into its next chapter.”

Dr. Joe Harrington, Superintendent of the Hurst-Euless-Bedford Independent School District, shared his enthusiasm for Dr. Molinar’s new role.

“Karen has dedicated her career to serving students and strengthening public education,” Harrington said. “She is a thoughtful, collaborative, and mission-driven leader who understands how to bring people together around a shared vision. Rev Partnership and the communities it serves will benefit tremendously from her leadership.”

Dr. Molinar said she is honored to join Rev Partnership and continue investing in the future of students and families across North Texas.

“I have spent my career focused on creating opportunities for students to thrive, and I believe deeply in the power of partnership to drive meaningful change,” Molinar said. “Rev Partnership has built an important foundation of collaboration amongst Tarrant County’s superintendents and is a trusted forum for our region’s education leaders to drive meaningful impact together for our students. I’m excited to join the team and help advance this work for the 750,000 students in Tarrant County.”

In her role as CEO, Dr. Molinar will oversee organizational strategy, partnership development, program advancement, and community engagement efforts while working closely with school districts, civic leaders, philanthropic organizations, and community stakeholders.
