Early Learning Coordinator
Reports to: Regional Impact Director
Compensation Range: $65,000-$75,000
Position Summary:
The Early Learning Coordinator supports Rev Partnership's regional early learning (Pk-3rd) work by providing early learning content expertise and strong project coordination. The role contributes knowledge of developmentally appropriate practice, data-informed instruction, and high-quality instructional materials (HQIM), while managing logistics, communication, and follow-through for early learning initiatives.
This is a coordinator-level role with subject-matter expertise for PK-3rd. This role supports execution of strategy set by the Regional Impact Director and brings technical depth to support the execution of the work.
Core Responsibilities:
• Support planning and execution of Rev Partnership's early learning initiatives.
• Contribute early learning expertise to internal planning, district conversations, and convening content.
• Manage project timelines, workplans, trackers, materials, and follow-up communication.
• Coordinate with ISD staff on scheduling, implementation support, information requests, and action items.
• Prepare agendas, meeting materials, summaries, presentations, and participant documents.
• Coordinate convening logistics, including registration, communications, materials, technology, and on-site support.
• Track initiative milestones, participation, and other key indicators; support reporting and progress updates.
• Proactively research grant opportunities for funding aligned initiatives for the organization.
• Assist and collaborate with grant writing, management and compliance.
• Knowledge of tools to evaluate early learning programs.
• Monitor relevant national and state early learning policy and practice developments and flag important updates internally.
• Monitor and be current on early learning state initiatives and SBOE curriculum for internal and external purposes.
• Knowledge of TIA and Enhanced TIA initiatives and state Early Learning Certification requirements.
Required Qualifications:
• Experience and strong knowledge of early learning (Pk-3) pedagogy and developmentally appropriate practice.
• Familiarity with HQIM and early learning instructional practice.
• Experience in project coordination, program operations, or education/nonprofit implementation.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience preparing for and supporting meetings, convenings, or cross-organization work.
• Familiarity with the Tarrant County early learning or PreK-3 landscape preferred.
• Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred.
• Texas early childhood or related educator credential preferred.
Other Considerations:
• Attendance at in-person meetings, convenings, and ISD visits as needed.
• Some early mornings, evenings, or weekends may be required.
• Travel within Tarrant County required.
• Hybrid position consistent with Rev Partnership's operating model.
