Executive Director
Rev Partnership seeks a strategic and operational leader to serve as its next Executive Director. Reporting to the Board of Directors, this individual will advance Rev’s mission to drive system-level strategies that ensure all Tarrant County students are equipped to lead and succeed in their homes, schools, and communities. The Executive Director will guide organizational planning, foster and manage critical partnerships, and oversee progress toward ambitious regional goals. This role requires a people-centered leader who brings strength in strategy, coalition building, and operational stewardship—someone skilled at translating collaboration into measurable system-level impact across Tarrant County’s public education ecosystem.​​
